How the numbers are computed

Gross sales: the products' regular price × quantity, excl. shipping. Gift cards are not counted.
Discounts: all discounts on the products, both line and order discounts.
Returns: refunds made in the period, also for orders from earlier periods.
Net sales: gross − discounts − returns.
Total sales: net + shipping + VAT.
Average order value: (gross − discounts) / number of orders.
Conversion rate: sessions that completed a purchase / all online store sessions, bots excluded.
Comparisons: the previous period has the same length directly before. “Last year” is the same weekdays 52 weeks earlier for day and week, otherwise the same dates last year. Today is compared up to the same hour.
The key figures come from Shopify analytics and match Shopify's reports. The tables by channel, product, account and VAT are computed from individual orders. Cancelled orders without a refund are not counted there.
Shopify fees are Shopify Payments transaction and dispute fees. Subscriptions, apps and fees for other payment methods (e.g. Klarna or Swish) are not in Shopify's API and are not included.

What is Storeassist?

A back office for your Shopify store. Orders, invoices to Fortnox, purchasing, stocktakes, labels, reports and a customer club in one window inside Shopify.

How do I get started?

Click Install for free. Shopify asks you to sign in and choose your store. The app installs in your store and you can start right away.

How do I connect Fortnox?

You connect your Fortnox account in Storeassist's settings. Invoices then go there with the right account on every line.

Does it work at the till?

Yes. Storeassist has Shopify POS extensions, so the till can invoice existing orders, sign customers up to the club and count stock.

Do suppliers need an account?

No. They get a link that expires after a while and fill in prices and delivery dates without signing in.

Can anyone else see my store's data?

No. Each store's data is kept apart, and a store can never see another store's orders, customers or suppliers.

Is it free?

Yes, right now. While we build Storeassist it is free, with all modules and 50 SMS a month per store. You don't add a card or approve any charge.

What happens later?

We plan to charge once we launch, at the prices shown as planned. We don't have a date yet. You'll get notice at least 30 days before, and nobody is charged without approving it in Shopify.

Which languages is Storeassist in?

The app itself is in English and Swedish. You can change this website's language in the language menu.
